Abstract:

Minority Faculty Fellowships provide health professions training programs financial support to increase their numbers of faculty from under-represented minorities. Stipends awarded through this program, up to 50 percent of a regular faculty member's salary for a three-year period, may be used by grantees to help train minority faculty.
