  Evaluative Measures in NTA
  Question
There are three evaluative measures outlined for Criterion 3 in the National Technical Assistance Cooperative Agreement application guidance.  What is HRSA looking to see in these and can additional measures be included?
  Answer

When responding to the first part of Evaluative Measures, be certain to address each of the three required performance measures.

Scores for performance measures are on a 1-10 scale, which is parallel to the BPHC Grantee Satisfaction Survey results scale of 1-100.

Existing NTA recipients are aware of their individual survey results and may use that as a baseline.

For organizations that do not have a baseline, the most recent BPHC survey results indicate a National Cooperative Agreements satisfaction score of 71 or a 7 on the performance measure scale.  If an applicant chooses to include additional measures, please be certain to adhere to the guidelines present in the second part of Criterion 3.
