  Please define "other community-based providers with similar interests" in the Eligibility section of the National Technical Assistance cooperative agreement application guidance.

"Other community-based providers with similar interests" may include rural health clinics, free clinics, or any organizations that provide care to individuals who lack access to vital health care services. They do not have to be Federally funded.
