A United States Marshals Service employee or applicant for employment may file an EEO complaint if the employee or applicant believes he/she was discriminated against on one or more of these factors:
Complaints filed on the bases of sexual orientation and parental status will be processed through final agency decision. There is no right to a hearing or appeal to the EEOC or to bring an action in U.S. District Court. Applicants for operational deputy U.S. Marshal positions must meet specific standards of physical fitness and other qualifications
