Investment Processing

State-of-the-art shared systems deliver fast, accurate processing, and can provide automated data file formats to interface with your own systems, if necessary.

SF 224 Reporting

SF 224 reporting reflects monthly investment activity to the Financial Management Service.

Accrual & Amortization Reports

ARC calculates, generates and prepares "accrual and amortization" reports to assist you with quarterly reconciliation of governmental investment accounts.

Submission of IFCS Data

ARC can provide detailed investment activity and balances to your agency for the submission of your Intragovernmental Fiduciary Confirmation System (IFCS) data. If your agency is also an accounting services customer, ARC will submit this data for you.

FACTS I and II Reporting

ARC provides detailed investment data for your FACTS I and II investment transaction reporting.

Audit Assistance

ARC offers complete audit assistance for funds maintained by BPD.

Electronic & Paper Maintenance

ARC experts securely maintain and warehouse both electronic and paper support documentation for at least 6 years for all BPD investment accounts.
