This field indicates the status of the application. The domain for “Status” consist of the following:
Pending – EORs which are in the process of being completed by the operator. An EOR can be partially completed and saved for a future work session. These EORs can be viewed on both the operator and MMS side of eWell.
Submitted – EORs which have been completed and submitted to the appropriate district office. Prior to submission, eWell will perform a validation on the report for completeness and correctness. The operator does have the ability to retract a submitted EOR (Unsubmit) and render it back into pending status if a correction is needed.
In-Review – EORs submitted by the operator are put into in-review status by the MMS to initiate the review and processing of the document. EORs put into in-review status by the MMS representative can be accepted or returned depending on the completeness and condition of the report. Operators cannot access their applications to perform modifications while the documents are in in-review status. If a correction is needed on the application, then the operator must request that MMS return the document (see below).
Returned – EORs are put into returned status if the MMS district representative finds fault with the content of the report, or, as stated above, the operator wishes to make modifications to the document. The district representative can provide comments with the returned report to inform and instruct the operator on the reason for the return. A return essentially puts the report back into pending status on the operator side of eWell. These reports are inserted at the top of the operators selection list.
Resubmitted – When the operator submits a returned report, the status is termed as resubmitted.
Accepted – An application put into accepted status signifies that the District Representative has signed off on the report.
Due Date
This date is assigned by eWell depending on the progress in the WAR report (see EOR HELP).
