This page displays the rig information (chosen from the previous page) associated with the permit. Anchorage usage must be designated for the selected rig by checking the appropriate selection box (check YES or NO).

Note: If the ABS or the Coast Guard Certification dates are displayed in RED then the certification is outdated (check the date). You must attach the new certification letter on the ATTACHMENT PAGE with the permit.

Actions:

CHANGE RIG – Navigates to the Rig List Form page so you can associate a different rig with the permit.

NEXT – Sends you to the next page.

PREVIOUS – Sends you to the page you came from.

SUMMARY – Sends you to the Summary page for the permit.
