APD Available Plan Well Bottom Lease Sites Page Help

The purpose of this page is to associate a plan with the bottom hole location. This page provides a list of the available plan well sites for the lease, area block, and well type combination you entered on the Choose New Well Identification page. You need to select the site for the well you are entering. Your permit bottom well location will be associated with the plan site you choose. Once you choose a site, it will no longer be available.

Fields:

Radio button – click the button on the left side of the site to select as a location.

Actions:

SELECT – associates the site you choose with the well bottom and brings you to the next page.

NEXT – goes to the next page without associating a site with the permit.

SUMMARY - sends you to the Summary page for the permit.
