Discussions
What are the username requirements? [Top]
Length between 6 and 20 characters
Spaces are not allowed
Usernames are not case sensitive
You cannot change the username after registration
What are the password requirements? [Top]
Length between 8 and 20 characters
At least one lower case alphabet (a-z)
At least one upper case alphabet (A-Z)
At least one number (0-9)
At least one special character (for example ~,!,@,#,*)

In addition, please note that while changing your password your new password cannot be identical to any of your previous 6 passwords.

Also, passwords expire every 90 days. Once you login, and if the password has expired, the system will prompt you to change your password. Since this password change is prompted by the system, there will be no email notification with the new password.
What do I do when I forget my password? [Top]
If you forget your password, you can have a new password emailed to the email address associated with your account. On correctly answering the security question in your profile, a new password will be emailed to you. You will be required to change the password when you login using the emailed password.

If you do not remember the answer to your security question, or if a security question is not associated with your profile, you will be required to contact the call center to reset your password.
What is the security question? [Top]
The security question and the corresponding answer is a security mechanism that allows you to reset your password in the event that you forget it. With the security question and answer we ensure that only you can reset your password.
Why am I automatically logged out of the system? [Top]
As a security precaution, your session is terminated after 30 minute(s) of inactivity. After you login, if no activity is detected in your account for 30 consecutive minutes, you are automatically logged out of the system. A warning message is displayed 1 minute before your session is about to be terminated. If you do not respond, you are logged out and a message is displayed asking you to login again. This is done to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Why is my account locked for security reasons? [Top]
Your account is locked out after three unsuccessful login attempts. This is done as a security measure, to prevent unauthorized users from being able to access it.

If you get a message indicating that your account has been locked out, please contact the Call Center or try logging in after the number of minutes specified in the error message shown on the login screen. Typically, the account is locked out for 30 minutes.
Can two people access the system using the same username and password at the same time from two different machines? [Top]
No. Each user of the system is required to have a unique username and password. The system does not allow concurrent logins using the same login information from two different machines. If you attempt to login from two different machines at the same time you will get the following message "Another user is currently signed on using the credentials supplied by you." If you get this message and you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify Call Center immediately.

If you have the need to login from a different system, ensure that you log off from the first system. Otherwise you will have to wait until your session on the first system automatically expires, which is usually 30 minutes.

Do not share your username and password with any other user.
