BRB Array Tools

Description:
BRB Array Tools is an integrated package for the visualization and statistical analysis of DNA microarray gene expression data. It incorporates state-of-the-art statistical methods. It was developed by professional statisticians in the Biometric Research Branch (BRB) of the National Cancer Institute experienced in the analysis of microarray data and involved in the development of improved methods. The software utilizes an Excel front end for portability and familiar interface. Expression data from oligonucleotide or cDNA array platforms are easily imported. The system incorporates a variety of powerful analytic and visualization tools developed specifically for microarray data analysis as described in Design and Analysis of DNA Microarray Investigations, RM Simon et al. Springer 2003, NY. Software developed by professional statisticians. The package:

  • Includes a variety of powerful analytic and visualization tools for microarray data analysis
  • Has a user-friendly Excel front-end
