Section 302(b) of the Communications Act (47 USC § 302a(b)) provides that:
No person shall manufacture, import, sell, offer for sale, or ship device or home electronic equipment and systems, or use devices, which fail to comply with regulations promulgated pursuant to this section.
The Spectrum Enforcement Division resolves complaints relating to the
importation and marketing of radio frequency devices in violation of the
equipment authorization and technical requirements set forth in Parts 2 and
15 of the Rules.
