FOURTH OF JULY MESSAGE FROM CONGRESSMAN ANDREWS

Next week, many of us will gather with friends and family to observe our nation’s Independence Day on July 4th.  It is also a time for us to come together in appreciation of the ideals of our great country: liberty, opportunity, and democracy. 

One special part of the 4th of July is the fact that so many people across the country fly the American flag in front their homes and businesses to honor our country and commemorate the sacrifices so many have made in its defense.  Through my office, you can purchase, at cost, an American flag flown above the United States Capitol in your, or someone else’s honor.  This is a non-profit service, and you can order many different sizes and types of flags.  Please click the following link, fill out the form, print it out, and mail it to my Washington, DC office along with a personal check.  http://www.house.gov/andrews/services_flags.shtml
