Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Group

The Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Group offers the following software tools, links of interest, and NMR historic events sites to interested researchers:

  • NvAssign(http://www.niehs.nih.gov/research/resources/software/nvassign/index.cfm)
A software module to aid the process of protein resonance assignment in the field of NMR

  • NMR Scripts(http://www.niehs.nih.gov/research/resources/software/nmrscripts/index.cfm)
Scripts developed in the NMR Group lab with NMRView 5.0.4 for the analysis of multidimensional NMR data

  • NMR NOE Simulations(http://www.niehs.nih.gov/research/resources/software/noe/index.cfm)
    Tools for:
    1. Calculating the time dependence of the diagonal and crosspeaks in a 2D NOESY experiment for a system undergoing chemical exchange using the full relaxation matrix
    2. Calculating ILOE buildup curves as described by London, RE
