The Sealy Center on Aging at the University of Texas Medical Branch hosted the 2004 Center For Population Health And Health Disparities Centers Conference in Galveston, Texas at the Moody Gardens Resort and Conference Center on February 13th and 14th. All of the CPHDD Centers participated in exchanging information and planning cooperative future activities.
