Amendment 01 for the caBIG® In Silico Research Centers Request for Proposal -- Solicitation No. S09-094

Amendment 01 for the caBIG^® In Silico Research Centers Request for Proposal, issued December 19, 2009, is now available and can be downloaded from https://www.fbo.gov/spg/HHS/NIH/FCRF/S09-094/listing.html. This amendment accomplishes the following:  (1) incorporates Attachment I – Questions and Responses, (2) incorporates Attachment II – Price Proposal Template, (3) extends the period of time for Offerors to submit questions, and (4) extends the due date for overall proposal responses.  All questions or requests for clarification must be e-mailed to Jennifer Thomas at thomasjennifer@mail.nih.gov before 4:00 p.m. (EST) on January 16, 2009.

All proposals must be received by 4:00 p.m. (EST) on February 20, 2009. Please see Section L: Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors for Proposal Preparation Instructions and refer to Amendment 01, Attachment I – Questions and Responses, for further instruction pertaining to the preparation of proposals.  All Price Proposals must be submitted using the template found at Amendment 01, Attachment II – Price Proposal Template.
