Title-High School-Mentoring

Why Mentoring is Important

It is possible for a person to achieve her dreams on her own, but it is a lot easier with a person like Mentor, who's been through the ropes, to help that person figure out what will maker her happy and successful; and how to obtain those things.

According to the latest U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics numbers, the average woman spends 1,526 hours a year at work. With all the hours you would put in, work shouldn't have to always be "the daily grind." May people who really love their careers do things that they enjoyed when they were younger. Getting involved in many diffrent activities increases the likelihood of discovering what it is you would want to pursue as a career.
