Description: Anger – wherever you turn, on the television, in newspapers, in popular culture, it is the theme of the day. When it gets out of control, anger can inflict tremendous damage on you and those around you. This session will concentrate on psychological interventions that will help you understand and work out anger.

The NIH Work/Life Center, in conjunction with the Employee Assistance Program, is pleased to announce the fourth annual "Faces and Phases of Life" seminar series. This successful series brings expert speakers to campus to address a broad range of quality of work and quality of life issues.
