Description: A common complaint in the workplace and in the family domain is a “lack of respect.” We all need to send important information and messages at work and at home and we need to be maximizing the ability of the receiver to hear it. Therefore, we need to focus on communication that is constructive. This workshop is designed to identify the critical elements of respectful communication.

The NIH Work/Life Center (WLC), in cooperation with the NIH Employee Assistance Program, presents the seventh annual “Faces & Phases of Life” seminar series for fall 2004.
