The Hispanic Scholarship Fund Institute was created in 2001 to extend the impact of the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF) on the achievement of Latinos in the United States. Working with HSF on the goal of doubling the rate of Hispanic college graduates by the year 2010, the primary focus of HSF Institute is to engage the public sector in support of Latino higher education achievement.
