Disaster Recovery Center Opens In Clarksville

JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. -- A Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) is opening at 1 p.m. on July 1 in Pike County to provide face-to-face assistance to those suffering damages from the recent flooding:

The Federal Emergency Management Agency and the State Emergency Management Agency announced the following location and hours:

Clarksville Visitors Center
204 N. 2nd Street
Clarksville, MO 63336
Opening day, from 1 p.m. to 7 p.m.; then from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Saturday. Closed Sundays.

The center will be open on the Fourth of July holiday during regular office hours.
The DRC will remain open until no longer necessary.

Visitors should register with FEMA prior to visiting the DRC. Homeowners, renters, businesses of all sizes and private nonprofits may now register for assistance by calling 1-800-621-FEMA (3362) or TTY 1-800-462-7585 for the speech- or hearing-impaired. The toll-free telephone numbers will operate 24 hours a day until further notice. Visitors to the DRC will find information on:
