Phillip Wiethorn

Mr. Phillip F. Wiethorn serves in the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke as the Scientific Review Officer for all contract proposals that require peer review. These proposals range from areas such as human genetics resource center: DNA cell line repository, high throughput drug screening for neurodegeneration disease, to various efforts supporting the Neural Prosthesis Program. He is also responsible for supporting the reviews of numerous applications received under the NINDS' Office of Minority Health and Research, which is focused on supporting neuroscience programs in minority institutions and addressing heath disparities in minority populations.
