Document Delivery/ILL -- Wrong article received

Question: What should I do if I receive the wrong article from NLM?
Answer:

If the article you received was incorrect, you may complete and submit the form Report a Problem with ILL Requests Filled by NLM (https://docline.gov/docline/help/contact_nlm/ill_web_form.cfm) or contact the Collection Access Section of the National Library of Medicine (NLM) by email at custserv@nlm.nih.gov; or by fax at (301) 496-2809. Please provide the complete citation and the DOCLINE request number which appears on the cover page of each delivered document. If for any reason NLM cannot provide the correct article, you will be issued a credit equal to the cost of the delivered document.
