Controlled Items, such as NEEDLES, SYRINGES, ALCOHOL, and METOFANE, cannot be ordered through the online ordering system. Please use the Supply Warehouse Ordering Form to order these items or call the Central Supply Warehouse at X-1176 for assistance. Furthermore, perishable items cannot be ordered on the same form as non-perishable items.
