H.R. 2643 — FY2008 Appropriations Bill

On May 23, 2007, the House Interior-Environment Appropriations Subcommittee (Representative Norm Dicks [D-WA], Chairman) marked up its FY2008 appropriations bill. Included in this measure is $79,117,000 for NIEHS to carry out activities set forth in section 311(a) of the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980, as amended, and section 126(g) of the Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986. This amount is the same as the FY2007 enacted level and the FY2008 President’s Budget request.
