Senate HELP Committee Holds Hearing on Head Start

On July 22, 2003, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (Senator Judd Gregg [R-NH], Chairman), held a hearing entitled, "Reauthorizing Head Start: Preparing Children to Succeed in School and in Life."
