 Because the seat and all of the wheels share a common linkage that allows them to rotate relative to the frame but maintains them parallel to one another, the PAWS technology provides the wheelchair user with the ultimate combination of maneuverability and stability for both indoor and outdoor use.
Unlike traditional wheelchairs, the PAWS chair maneuvers well in tight spaces such as elevators, bathroom stalls, and office cubicles, and operates reliably on slopes, and on a variety of terrains, including sand, snow, rocky trails, and ice.
