Mrs. Aretina Perry-Jones is the Supervisory Grants Management Specialist for the Kidney, Urologic and Hematologic Diseases (KUH) Team. Mrs. Perry-Jones oversees the administrative review and award of grant portfolios for Grant Management Specialists on the KUH Team. She ensures adherence and compliance to federal and internal policies, procedures and regulations. Mrs. Perry-Jones earned her B.S. in Business Administration from Morgan State University. She is a Certified Research Administrator (CRA) with over fifteen years of Grants Management experience at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). Mrs. Perry-Jones successfully completed the Leadership Development Program (LDP) through the National Leadership Institute at the University of Maryland, University College.    

In addition to her regular duties, Mrs. Perry-Jones is active in the NIH Grants community. She has served on subcommittees of the Grants Management Advisory Committee (GMAC). She is a member of Federally Employed Women (FEW) and the Society for Research Administrators (SRA).
