Description: Mary Haak has 14 years service at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). She began her career in NIH as an Information Technology Specialist, Office of Procurement Management (now OLAO) where she developed one of the most successful Electronic Commerce Programs in the federal government. She currently serves as a Program/Management Analyst with the Clinical Center's Office of Purchasing & Contracts. Mary's methodology for working Clinical Center's unpaid invoices served as the model for the Invoice Specialist role. She assisted in the development of the training for invoice specialists, and works part time in Office of Financial Management to clear last-standing and complex invoicing problems.
