How Do I Register?
- Students and parents or legal guardians, please read and agree to the Conditions-of-Service Agreement.
- Complete and electronically submit the online Student Registration Form. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail, which will include the conditions-of-service agreement.
- To finish registering, print the confirmation e-mail, sign it, and if you are under 18 years old have your parent/guardian sign it. Fax it to 301-451-5431 or mail it to

What Happens After Registration?
After the signed registration form is received, the NIH Office of Science Education will contact you at the e-mail address you provided. You will receive step-by-step instructions on how to start and maintain an effective e-mentoring relationship. |
