A Web site to find Preparing for Disaster for People with Disabilities and Other Special Needs, a guide prepared by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security's Federal Emergency Management Agency in partnership with the American Red Cross.

It also provides information for family members of, and service providers to, people with disabilities.
