People without telephone or Internet can access these services for FEMA registration at any of the DRCs located across the state. Representatives of state, federal, and voluntary agencies, as well as Customer Service Representatives from the U.S. Small Business Association (SBA) Office of Disaster Assistance, will be on hand to answer questions and provide recovery information.
