Senate Appropriations Subcommittee Holds Hearing on FY 2004 Budget

On April 8, 2003, the Senate Appropriations Subcommittee on Labor, HHS, and Education (Senator Arlen Specter [R-PA], Chairman) held a hearing as part of its review of the Fiscal Year 2004 NIH budget. Dr. Elias Zerhouni, Director of NIH, provided an NIH Overview. He was accompanied by the NIH Directors.
