Senate Governmental Affairs Subcommittee Holds Hearing on SARS

On May 21, 2003, the Senate Governmental Affairs Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations (Senator Norm Coleman [R-MN], Chairman) held a hearing on severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS). Dr. Anthony S. Fauci, Director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, testified on NIH's response to the outbreak.
