NIH Director Testifies Before Joint Hearing of Senate HELP and House Energy and Commerce Committees

On October 2, 2003, the Senate Committee on Health, Education, Labor and Pensions (Senator Judd Gregg [R-NH], Chairman) and the House Committee on Energy and Commerce (Representative W.J. Tauzin [R-LA], Chairman) held a joint hearing entitled, "Managing Biomedical Research to Prevent and Cure Disease in the 21st Century: Matching NIH Policy with Science.
