The old HHS certification Level I, II, III and IV program has been replace with an HHS Simplified Acquisition Certification Program and a Federal wide certification system. Warrants issued under the old system remain valid unless rescinded. People who had warrants under the old program may be issued new warrants within HHS to the extent that was allowed under the old system. New warrants must be in accordance with the certification programs described in the links below.
