NIAID's main advisory body for four key functions: performing second-level
peer review, advising on policy, reviewing programs, and developing
and clearing
concepts for program announcements, request for applications,
and request for proposals.
Procedure
As required by law, all NIH institutes have an advisory Council or
Board. The National Advisory Allergy and Infectious Diseases Council
