Research Interest and Expertise

  • Physiological pharmacokinetic modeling of drugs, environmental contaminants and macromolecules

  • Regional drug delivery including intra-arterial and intracavitary approaches with particular emphasis on the mechanisms of transport in the brain and peritoneal cavity

  • Application of model systems in pharmacokinetics such as interspecies scaling, invitro to in vivo correlations, and pharmacokinetically based clinical trials
