Establishing Deposit Accounts with the
Photoduplication Service for Order Payment
The Photoduplication Service can establish deposit accounts
for its customers. Deposit accounts provide a convenient method for
order payment. Establishing a deposit account is easy. A minimum deposit
of $250.00 is all that's required. Payment can be made by either check,
Visa, MasterCard, cash, UNESCO coupon, or money order. Along with your
payment, we ask that you provide a list of the individuals who are authorized
to use the account and any restrictions concerning order limits. The
Photoduplication Service will send you a letter with your deposit account
number which you place your orders for reproduction services. We will
draw from your account as we provide the services you request.
We recommend that you maintain a balance sufficient to
cover the planned number of orders and the amounts to cover your orders.
Payments should be made frequently enough to avoid overdrawing the account.
If your account becomes overdrawn, it may result in delays in the processing
of your order.
The initial deposit and additional payments for your deposit
account should be made payable to the Library of Congress, Photoduplication
Service and sent to the address below. Customers from foreign countries
may make payments by Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover,
UNESCO coupons, international money orders, or bank drafts payable in
US dollars.
When your order is completed, it is mailed to the address
which was supplied on your order form. You will receive monthly account
statements detailing the activity on your account along with copies
of each order which indicates the specific charges to your account.
If you need to make changes to your account such as the
address, company contacts, etc., please notify us immediately.
If you need additional information, please contact us.
We will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
