The final receipt date for time-sensitive research pertaining to Hurricane Katrina in response to PAR-05-150 and NOT-DA-05-013, is December 9, 2005.

Purpose

This notice is to inform the scientific community that the final receipt date for the National Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) is December 9, 2005, and that NIDA will no longer accept applications related to Hurricane Katrina or Hurricane Rita that are submitted in response to PAR-05-150 “Mechanism for Time-Sensitive Research Opportunities”. Other services research of a time sensitive nature will continue to be accepted under the PAR.
