Consequently, GEO now stores data for over 160,000 microarray hybridizations and continues to grow rapidly. In this talk, I'll address the interests of both data providers and data consumers. First, I'll outline the GEO submission process, including what information submitters are asked to supply and which formats are supported. Then I'll summarize the various data mining tools and download formats we've developed to help users exploit these huge volumes of data.
