London, KY -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Teleregistration and Helpline days of operation have changed to Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., according to Mike Bolch, FEMA federal coordinating officer.

The Teleregistration and Helpline is available for Kentuckians who suffered damage in the storms and flooding of March 17-21 to register for assistance. It is also available for people who have registered to check on the status of or update their application, and have their questions answered.

The Teleregistration and Helpline number is toll-free 1-800-621-FEMA (1-800-621-3362). Speech and hearing impaired individuals can call TTY 1-800-462-7585.
