Abstract:   First report of the President’s Cancer Panel to take a life span approach to describing cancer survivorship issues, focusing particularly on the post treatment period. Identifies issues common to people regardless of age at diagnosis and enumerates challenges specific to those diagnosed as children, adolescents and young adults, adults, and older adults.
