This book is the new NCI Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events v3.0. It expands upon the core CTC v2.0 criteria to include Adverse Events applicable to all oncology clinical trials regardless of modality. This book was printed in June 2003.
Modifications that corrected editorial errors in the book were posted to the NCI's Web site in December 2003. This "Notice of Modifications" document (http://ctep.cancer.gov/reporting/ctc.html ) should be used to update the printed version.
