Privacy Policy

The Cancer Information Service provides confidential service. The only personal information we will collect is the information you provide to us. If you send e-mail, ordering publications, or fill out our user survey, we will use the information you give us to respond your request and/or improve our service. We keep names and addresses of people who order publications for 3 months to allow us to follow up on orders, if necessary. Then we delete them from our database. For more information on our privacy policy, please click here.

We use secure server software (the Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL, protocol) to encrypt the information you input. This software has become the standard on the Web and it ensures your name, address, and other information cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
