Step-by-Step Help in Filling Out the PHS 2590 Progress Report

Specific Aims
Final Report -- indicate aims and specify if the specific aims were reached. Please expand on how the aims were met and if they were not met, explain why.

Study and Results
Final Report -- Specify outcomes, conclusions, and implications. Indicate any limitations to the study. Describe any data or other information resulting from the research that is available to be shared with other investigators and how it may be accessed. Indicate any additional steps that may be taken to further develop or disseminate the results of the Project.

Please indicate whether we can contact you to discuss the possibility of including your intervention on NCI's research-tested intervention programs and products website, (http://rtips.cancer.gov/rtips/index.do) for other researchers to review and possibly adapt in their research settings?

Supplements
Final Report -- If applicable, provide information on study and results (use the Study and Results guidelines above)

Significance
Final Report Significance -- Specify the significance of these findings to the scientific field and their potential impact on cancer, both positive and negative. Specifically, how will your findings affect cancer control efforts -- our ability to prevent, detect early, or treat cancer, and/or improve the lives and health of those with cancer and/or that of their families and caregivers.

If this is a P or U grant mechanism, show how your sites are working together to address the intent for interconnected research efforts, student training opportunities, etc.

Plans (future)
Final Report (future plans) -- Summarize lessons learned, problems encountered, and future plans. Will your research findings result in additional products, publications, competing continuation applications, etc?

Publications, Presentations, Products, and Patents
Final Report -- Please list all of your publications (including accepted or in press manuscripts), presentations, products, and/or patents below. Please indicate the impact of the publications and how has it moved the science forward.

Please provide a link to a publicly available on-line journal or the NIH PubMed Central (PMC) submission identification number. You do not need to submit paper copies of the articles.
