U.S. Rep. Bobby L. Rush, AARP, and the Rebirth of Englewood Hold Back to School Give-A-Way in Englewood.

Chicago, IL. ---- Congressman Bobby Rush, in conjunction with the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP), the Rebirth of Englewood Community Development Corporation (ROE/CDC), and the Beloved Christian Community Church will hold a block party and back-to-school give-a-way on Saturday, August 16, 2003 at 6600 So. Union Street, Chicago, from 12:00PM to 5PM.

Congressman Rush, AARP and ROE will give out over 500 school bags full of school supplies @ approximately 3:30PM. This is Congressman Rush’s 2nd Annual Back-to-School event.
