H. R. 7200 —The Medical Information and Treatment Access Act

On September 28, 2008, Representative Cannon introduced H.R. 2700, the Medical Information and Treatment Access Act. This bill contains the same provisions described above, but includes additional provisions regarding the use of unapproved treatments. H.R. 7200 was jointly referred to the House Committee on Energy and Commerce and the House Committee on the Judiciary.
