Microarray Sample Processing Workflow

The concentration of the samples are deduced using the Nanodrop, and the RNA integrity is shown using the Bioanalyzer. The samples are then processed through varies steps including IVT labeling, Hybridization and Scanning. The raw data (Image files) is analyzed and packaged by our bioinformatics group.
