H. R. 6512 —The Major Regulation Cost Review Act of 2008

On July 16, 2008, Representative J. Gresham Barrett (R-SC) introduced H.R. 6512, the Major Regulation Cost Review Act of 2008. The bill would amend title 5 of the U.S.C. to require agencies to review all major rules within ten years after issuance. The bill was referred to the House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform.
