On February 6, 2008, Representative Jim McDermott (D-WA) introduced H.R. 5237, a bill to amend the U.S. Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria Act of 2003. The text of the measure is not yet available. H.R. 5237 was referred to the House Committee on Foreign Affairs.
